- Be able to slap/stretch dough.
- Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as Pizza oven, six burner, griddle and dishwasher.
- Prepare specialty foods such as pizzas, bread sticks, sandwiches, salads and following specific methods that usually require short preparation time.
- Great work life balance, closes 9 PM seven days a week, clean and cool temp kitchen
