The Made Clean Co. takes pride in keeping Sarasota & Manatee Counties clean, healthy, and beautiful. We provide professional cleaning services for a variety of spaces, including vacation rentals, post-renovation/post-construction sites, relocation cleans, deep cleans, maintenance cleans, and office cleaning.
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cleaning Technicians who want to grow in a professional team environment with opportunities for advancement. This position offers promotion to Team Lead within 6-12 months, with the potential for future management roles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed, high-quality cleaning following company checklists
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned cleaning tasks
- Manage designated cleaning areas while ensuring consistency and thorough results
- Assess each home or office and customize cleaning tasks based on client requests
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean, healthy environment
- Transport cleaning equipment and supplies between job sites (personal vehicle required)
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service when interacting with clients
- Handle physical cleaning tasks such as hand-detailing baseboards, cleaning underneath beds and furniture, scrubbing surfaces, and lifting objects up to 30 lbs

Work Schedule:
- Weekdays: Monday–Friday (9 AM–6 PM)
- Evening Shifts Available: Monday–Friday (5 PM–9 PM) for after-hours office cleaning
- Weekends: Saturday–Sunday (9 AM–6 PM)
Requirements:
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Valid Driver’s License & Personal Vehicle (capable of transporting a vacuum and cleaning supplies)
- Clean Background Check Required (No prior criminal record)
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required – full training provided
Growth Opportunity:
This role is eligible for promotion to Team Lead within 6-12 months, with future opportunities for Managerial positions based on performance, reliability, and leadership skills.
