The purpose of the Brand PR & Influencer Marketing Coordinator role is to support the brand communications team in amplifying our voice across influencer marketing, public relations, retail communications, partnerships and events across our Adult Brands. The role is designed to execute the brand communications campaign strategy to build brand awareness and brand love through creative storytelling, talent partnerships, content development, and community building.
Influencer Marketing & Relationship Management
Own the coordination and execution of our brand content communities including talent discovery, communication, product fulfilment, and content tracking
Support influencer campaign process from planning to execution (setting deliverables, briefing, usage rights, posting guidelines, reporting, etc.)
Brand Communications & PR
Support ideation, delivery, and execution of local brand partnerships and customer activations that build brand awareness, drive commercial outcomes, and protect Brand DNA.
Proactively source and pitch event and community activation opportunities that elevate the brand, owning the researching, planning, and organizations end-to-end
Content Creation & Social Media Support
Utilize content creation tools (e.g., CapCut , Canva, phone cameras) and deliver platform-specific formats such as Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
Must Have Skills & Experience
Comfortable using shared documents and spreadsheets for collaboration, tracking, and reporting · Deep understanding of TikTok, social algorithms, and digital trends · Comfortable acting as on-screen talent · Highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing tight timelines. · Positive, energetic team player with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
