Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet fans, take accurate food/drink orders using POS system and deliver items quickly.
- Table Management: Maintain a clean, organized section during high-stress peak hours.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service.
- Compliance: Verify customer identification to safely serve alcoholic beverages.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, cash handling, and basic math calculations for bills and change.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper sanitation throughout the restaurant or café.
- Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen or food prep areas while adhering to food handling protocols.
- Support team members by managing food safety standards, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy hours.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and major sporting events.
- Skills: Strong communication, ability to multitask, and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Physical: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays up to 30 lbs.
