ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van account based out of Elk Grove, CA. Already have your CDL? No training contracts, no obligations — start earning $1,400–$1,500/week immediately. This is a beginner-friendly position with no experience minimums and no hidden fine print. You'll run consistent lanes across California, Arizona, and Nevada with reliable miles and a predictable schedule every week. Every load is 100% no-touch drop-and-hook.
PAY
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,400–$1,500
- $0.55 - $0.68 CPM (based on experience)
- Stop Pay: $15.00 per stop
- Average Annual Pay: $85,000 - $95,000
- Pay grows with you: +$0.01 CPM every 3 months
- Paid every week, on time
JOB DETAILS
- Position: Full-Time
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop and hook
- Home Time: Home every other day
- Routes: Sacramento to Southern California
- Schedule: 5-6 days per week
- Weekly mileage: 2,300 - 2,700 miles average

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license
- 21 years of age or older
- No experience required
- Recent CDL graduates welcome
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Clear drug & alcohol clearinghouse
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain compliant ELD logs and paperwork
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations
- Communicate proactively with your dedicated dispatcher
