The Agency Manager will work directly with apprenticeship sites to advise students toward the completion of degrees while providing excellent customer service to business and industry clients. Advising apprenticeship students includes reviewing transcripts and prior work experience, registering students in appropriate courses, and ensuring compliance with college student policies. The Agency Manager will assist students in the completion of proper assessment tests and forms. This position will work closely with the Administrative Assistant.
Education and Experience:

Associate degree or equivalent education and/or experience in a business, educational, technical discipline, or related field required.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience required.

Previous experience in higher education preferred.

Ability to work with private business to foster relationships and create solutions for industry partners.

Ability to deliver presentations to small and large groups.

Ability to positively interact with external and internal personnel and build positive relationships.

Excellent computers skills and versed in all Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to drive/travel to agency sites for meetings and interactions.

Ability to learn the curriculum process and requirements at NSCC.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED
This position will supervise the Agency Coordinator and other assigned staff.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLIC CONTACT
Position will interact with and conduct presentations for business & industry personnel, NSCC and other college personnel, and the general public
