Build estimates and proposals that show real value, not just a number

Guide homeowners through insurance claims and supplements when applicable

Manage your pipeline in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks

Follow up and close — you're the one who guides the homeowner from first inspection to signed contract
- 2+ years of roofing, siding, or exterior sales experience preferred

Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs when needed

Valid driver's license, clean driving record

Someone who builds trust fast and closes with integrity— homeowners should feel confident, not pressured

Insurance restoration or storm experience is a plus, but not required if you're a strong closer willing to learn the process
