Provides level 1 technical support related to networks and storage. Will assesses software and network related issues on customer systems and resolves those issues through remote troubleshooting. Will collaborate with internal and external groups on solving more complex technical issues. Will need to document problems and solutions into a product knowledge database, remain compliant with regulatory requirements, and meet team's Key Performance Indicators.
Required
· 3+ years of overall IT experience
· 2+ years of experience supporting networks including VMWare
· 2 years supporting Relational Databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc)
· 1+ years of experience supporting storage solutions (NetApp, EMC, etc)
· 1 year of NetApp experience
· Experience on Windows servers
· Network+ Certification
Desired
· Linux
· SAN
· HL7, DICOM
· Medical device technology related support (radiology, PACS, cardiology, imaging, etc)
· Security+, A+, Cisco, Microsoft certifications
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
