We're looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Midlothian team. Our therapists average 12 patients per day, have schedule flexibility and clinical autonomy, and do very little documentation outside of work hours. Whether you're a new graduate or experienced clinician, we offer the mentorship and support needed to build a great career.

- Our therapists are expected to average 12 patients per day. And that includes using shared PT Technicians. Our monthly performance bonus rewards higher caseloads. Seeing 12.5 patients per day earns you an extra $3,000 annually (increases to 6,000 at 13/day). We DO have high standards of care which must be upheld!
- Your schedule, Your life. We generally ask therapists to cover two mornings and two evenings but work with you to create a schedule that fits your season of life. Options include: 4x10- hour days, 4x9-hour days+ 1 half day, or traditional 5 day work schedules. Other individualized schedules may be available, when feasible.
- Practice with autonomy. We trust our therapists to have their own clinical style and individuality.
- We invest in your development. We'll pay for your Dry Needling Certification, or to pursue your OCS/SCS.
- Once certified, dry needling utilization is also incentivized with a financial bonus. Our therapists can earn an extra $3,000/year by dry needling 1 patient per day.
- You'll also receive strong mentorship from therapists with 20+ years of experience, unlimited online CE, and support for continuing education.
- Leave work at work. We use Prompt Insight's AI documentation technology to make charting faster and more efficient. Our therapists do very little documentation outside of work hours.

Compensation
· Starting base salary: $80,000-85,000k
· $3k-$9k/year in performance bonuses
· Additional Dry Needling compensation by $3,120/year by needling just 1 patient/day
· Company-paid Dry Needling Certification or OCS/SCS pathway
