Job Overview
Polar Event Space is seeking a dependable, professional, and hands-on Event Venue Attendant to support day-of operations at our event venue.
This position is responsible for helping ensure the venue remains clean, safe, organized, stocked, and properly maintained throughout events. The Event Venue Attendant will serve as an on-site representative of Polar Event Space, assist clients and vendors when needed, monitor the facility, maintain restrooms and common areas, respond to spills and cleanliness issues, and help ensure venue policies are followed.

This is not primarily an event-planning position. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, notices when something needs attention, and handles it promptly without having to be asked.

What We’re Looking For

The right person will notice when a restroom needs attention, toilet paper needs to be replaced, a trash can is getting full, or a spill needs to be cleaned — and take care of it without waiting for someone to ask.
You should take pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment and understand that the condition of the venue throughout an event directly affects the experience of our clients and their guests.
