Bring Construction Insight to Design — Evaluate site conditions, risk, phasing, constructability, and safety considerations.
-
Own the Client Experience — Serve as the primary contact for clients, construction managers, and contractors, guiding schedules, budgets, challenges, and decisions.
-
Drive Financial Performance — Own project budgets, proposals, contract addenda, change orders, project P&Ls, accounts receivable follow-up, and coordination with in-house counsel.
-
Collaborate Across Disciplines — Direct RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, site observations, and technical coordination with design teams, consultants, and Bohler’s Technical Resource Group.
-
Mentor and Develop Others — Coach direct reports and less experienced Construction Administration and design staff while modeling accountability and strong project management practices.
