If you drive for DoorDash, Uber Eats, Amazon Flex, Instacart, or another gig platform, you already understand the model: your car, your time, your schedule.
What you probably do not love is waiting at restaurants, dealing with cold-food complaints, chasing tips, or wondering how many orders will come in that day.
This role keeps the flexibility but removes a lot of the frustration.
Instead of delivering food, you will complete pre-scheduled pickup routes. You will pick up items such as smartphones, gaming consoles, consumer electronics, eligible medical supplies, and other approved goods from local sellers.
When you are not on the road, you may also assist in the office with eBay listings, product photos, shipping, packing, inventory organization, and general handling.
No restaurants. No food delivery. No tipping drama.
We operate routes in 20+ states and have consistent volume. This is a long-term opportunity for reliable people who want more predictable gig-style work with room to grow.
PAY + BONUS STRUCTURE
- $18–$60+ per hour depending on route type, volume, distance, office work, and performance
- Average drivers typically earn $20–$30/hr and we offer gas reimbursement of up to $60 a week
- Longer-distance routes can pay up to $40/hr or more
- Top earners can exceed $50/hr on select routes and bonus opportunities
- Weekly pay with direct deposit available
- Performance bonuses for reliability, efficiency, and consistency
- Top performers receive priority access to higher-paying routes and additional hours. Our current top performer earns more than $6000 per month.
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Saturday
- Flexible start time, usually around 9AM
- Routes and office work usually end around 1PM For Part time 5PM for full time
- Average route duration: 4–6 hours
- Additional office hours may be available depending on workload
- Minimum 5 days per week preferred (Saturday and Sunday Optional)
- No overnight shifts

- Assisting with general shipping and handling tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete scheduled pickups efficiently
- Meet sellers in safe, public locations
- Verify and collect items according to route instructions
- Communicate pickup issues promptly
- Follow assigned route and office instructions closely
- Assist with shipping, eBay listings, product photos, and inventory when needed
- Maintain a dependable and professional attitude
- Lift and transport items weighing up to 20 lbs when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable using basic apps, taking photos, and learning online listing tools
- Dependable, professional, and consistent
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record review
- Prior gig work, courier, delivery, warehouse, shipping, eBay, electronics, or route-driving experience preferred

POSITION TYPE
This role starts as a 1099 independent contractor position.
Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, fuel, insurance, vehicle expenses, and other business-related costs while working as a contractor.
After 90 days, qualifying team members will have the option to transition into a W-2 position with benefits. And a Bonus.
