Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Residential and commercial electrical work, with experience in renovation and construction settings. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to work with various electrical systems, including high and low voltage applications. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in Residential and comm settings.
- troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Conduct renovations involving electrical installations or upgrades.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Use an ohmmeter and other testing equipment to diagnose electrical problems.
- Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure safe and efficient project completion.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on high voltage systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrician in both Residential and commercial settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience with frame carpentry or maintenance person tasks is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess the necessary hand tools for electrical work.

Pay: $27.00 - $42.00 per hour
