Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Well Roughneck to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment for well drilling, servicing, and repair, as well as providing excellent customer service. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of tools and equipment for water well drilling, servicing, and maintenance.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on water well systems.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new water well systems.
- Lift and handle equipment and materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information and excellent service.
- Maintain timely and efficient workflow to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
- Document all work performed and provide reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
