Job Description
A reputable healthcare organization in Margate, FL is seeking a qualified and motivated Physical Therapist to join their acute care team. This is a full-time opportunity for professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered therapy.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
Educate patients and caregivers on home-based therapies and equipment use
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal recovery
Prioritize daily caseloads and coordinate staff handoffs when necessary
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (REQUIRED)
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
