Key Requirements
- Current valid RN license and 3+ years nursing experience.
- Excellent IV skills, clinical assessment, and passion for patient care.
- Strong communication, independence, and electronic health records proficiency.
- Preferred: Critical care experience, experience in infusion therapy, and expertise in adult/pediatric care.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor infusion therapies per protocols.
- Educate patients/families on procedures and self-care.
- Collaborate on personalized care plans and document outcomes.
- Stay current with industry best practices.
