Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support our IT services and construction operations.
This role is responsible for inventory tracking, shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, and coordinating the movement of equipment and materials across multiple projects and clients. Responsible for keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track inventory from delivery through storage, deployment, and return
- Maintain accurate inventory records for client and project equipment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (FedEx, freight, couriers)
- Prepare and deliver materials for job sites, installations, and client locations
- Ship and retrieve IT equipment for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Manage damaged goods, returns, RMAs, and vendor credits
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, labeled, and optimized for efficiency
- List materials for sale on online platforms
- Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for freight shipments
- Collaborate with project managers, operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth inventory and equipment handoffs.
- Use inventory management software to update records, track stock movements, and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse administration, inventory, or logistics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory tracking systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use a pallet jack
- Requires a valid driver’s license and clear driving record for use of company van
Pay: From $48,388.44 per year
