What You’ll Do

Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Assist with daily classroom activities and learning experiences
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Assist with classroom documentation and daily routines
Qualifications

Minimum of a Preschool Child Development Associate (CDA) required
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB Test and Medical Report
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
Higher end of the pay range is based on education credentials and experience.
