Optician (No License Required)
Bayside Eyecare is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Optician to join our team! Whether you have optical experience or are looking to grow into the field, we'd love to hear from you. An optician license is not required.We are happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that fit their needs and lifestyle
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and products
- Take accurate eyewear measurements
- Adjust, repair, and dispense eyeglasses
- Order and track eyewear
- Provide outstanding customer service from start to finish
- Maintain an organized and welcoming optical area
- Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Optical experience is preferred but not required
- Optician license is not required
