Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Elementary Principal to lead our vibrant elementary school community. The ideal candidate will inspire excellence in teaching and learning, foster a positive school culture, and drive strategic initiatives that support student success. As the educational leader, you will oversee daily operations, and ensure a safe environment where every student can thrive.
Duties
- Provide strong leadership by setting clear goals and guiding staff to achieve high standards in instruction and student achievement
- Lead strategic planning efforts to enhance school programs, facilities, and community engagement initiatives
- Manage the school’s budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support academic and extracurricular priorities
- Supervise teachers and staff through ongoing evaluation, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a positive school climate by promoting inclusivity, respect, and collaboration among students, staff, parents, and community partners
- Serve as the primary public speaker for the school community at events, meetings, and outreach activities
Requirements
- Preferred experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and supervision of staff. Experience within Christian education is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and build consensus among stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, staff, and community members
- Knowledge of best practices in education administration and current trends in elementary education
