We are seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer/Manager to lead our detailing department while actively performing vehicle detailing. If you have strong detailing skills, leadership experience, and a passion for excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- High-speed buffing and wet sanding experience required.
- Previous body, paint correction, or mechanical experience is a plus.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission (stick shift) required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the detailing department.
- Lead, train, and mentor detailing staff.
- Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards before photography, showroom display, or transport.
- Perform high-quality detailing, paint correction, buffing, and wet sanding as needed.
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain delivery schedules.
- Complete detailing checklists accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailing supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Monitor productivity and workflow to meet deadlines.
