We are a local owner of 16 residential rental units in Mesa, Arizona seeking one dependable, experienced maintenance technician/remodel handyman for a long-term working relationship.
This is ideal for a semi-retired contractor, apartment maintenance professional, or experienced handyman looking for flexible, ongoing work.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to general maintenance requests from tenants
- Perform recurring maintenance tasks, such as HVAC filter changes, general property clean-up and hot water heater flush
- Demo and install kitchen cabinets and vanities
- Demo and install bathtubs and tub surrounds
- Light plumbing (fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals)
- Light electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans)
- Replace locks, doors, trim, baseboards, hardware
- General punch-list and apartment turn work

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential remodeling/apartment maintenance experience
- Own hand tools and reliable transportation

- Live in or near Mesa, AZ preferred
- Fluent in English & Spanish preferred
