· Help customers with their FAVORITE HOBBY!
· Work with them to customize their motorcycle with thousands of pieces of chrome.
· This is personal baby and way more fun than ANY truck, sedan or sportscar!
Manages day to day operations of a full maintenance shop. Schedules, trains, and coordinates work of mechanics and hydro-technicians. Ensures inventory of replacement parts, tools, and equipment is maintained effectively. Establishes and enforces quality and safety standards and regulations for preventive maintenance and repairs. Manages service writers/advisors in an environment dedicated to customer satisfaction, sales and safety.

What do we need from you?
· 3-5 years Service Team or Fixed Ops Management (powersports, automotive, RV, Marine (Pref motorcycle)
· 5+ years managing others
· Open schedule availability
· Motorcycle Endorsement Helpful
· MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SERVICE EXPERIENCE
· PASSION for treating ALL people well!
