Newark Rehabilitation, a 145-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR and support our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for staff.
Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate HR records.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate training, in-services, and staff development.
Serve as a business partner to the leadership team.
HR management or generalist experience (healthcare/long-term care preferred).
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Payroll/HRIS experience preferred.
