What You'll Be Doing
When things are running smoothly, our leaders are:
✅ Engaging with customers and making them feel genuinely appreciated
✅ Greeting customers at pay stations and helping them choose the right wash package
✅ Loading vehicles onto the conveyor safely and efficiently
✅ Supporting customers in the vacuum area, answering questions, and assisting with vehicle touch-ups
✅ Keeping the site stocked, organized, and operating at a high level
✅ Ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and presentation-ready at all times
✅ Monitoring equipment and helping troubleshoot operational issues
✅ Coaching, encouraging, and supporting team members
✅ Setting the tone through positive energy, professionalism, and accountability
