Responsibilities
- Manage your own booth rental space, providing personalized services to clients including hair styling, coloring, barbering and extensions.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service, effective communication, and professional expertise.
- Utilize Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client information, and process retail and service sales efficiently.
- Uphold strict sanitation and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Offer retail product recommendations and upsell services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Stay current with industry trends in hair care, color theory, hair extensions, and other beauty treatments to provide innovative services.
- Skills
- Proficiency with Vagaro for scheduling and retail management.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn Kerastase and Kevin Murphy brands
- Strong knowledge of hair care techniques including coloring, styling, hair extensions, and barbering with experience working in the beauty industry.
- Expertise in sanitation practices aligned with industry standards to ensure client safety.
