What You'll Do
- Own the core platform — speed, reliability, cost efficiency at scale.
- Optimize model serving — integrate in-house models into production pipelines.
- Build infrastructure — databases, task orchestration, scheduling, cloud.
- Drive distributed systems improvements — latency, reliability, scaling.
- On-call rotations — platform health E2E ownership.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years platform/backend + distributed systems
- Scaled core infra at high-growth company
- Staff/Principal level or fast-track trajectory
- Startup experience a strong plus
Skills
- Full-stack proficiency (not pure DevOps)
- Python (or Go/Rust)
- Cloud infra + model serving optimization
- On-site · San Francisco
Pay: $220,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
