Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and handling materials in a warehouse environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate at B Side Selections, LLC. The role involves tasks such as customer service, pallet jack operation and handling food & beverage products. Primarily based in Indianapolis and delivering to surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers
- Order Picking and Fulfillment
- Load and unload products from the vehicle to ensure accurate delivery
- Utilize heavy equipment, such as two-wheel dolly and pallet jacks to handle and move materials within the warehouse
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge and perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of delivery routes, quantities, and any issues encountered
- Collaborate with sales staff to receive and prepare products for delivery
- Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines
Experience:
- Proven experience in a delivery or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and materials handling
- Experience with order picking and pallet jacking
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and guidelines
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines
