Overview
Join our small-business team as a Foreman/Supervisor in commercial/residential construction as we execute high-quality projects across all sectors. In this role, you will participate in and oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams of skilled tradespeople, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success by managing crews, communicating effectively with owner and maintaining rigorous safety standards,. Duties
- Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Participate in and provide assistance to work crews when necessary.
- Enforce OSHA and federal safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe work environment.
- Order and organize delivery of materials
- Oversee quality control processes, inspecting work for compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage site logistics including set-up, material deliveries, and equipment usage while maintaining effective communication with owner.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects with strong knowledge of general construction.
- Demonstrated ability to work alongside and manage teams in a high-stress environment while maintaining high safety standards.
- Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and construction regulations applicable to commercial projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective managerial oversight and collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary; familiarity with construction site safety protocols is essential.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
