Weekend caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on their confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs.

Applicants may be available for one weekend shift block or multiple shifts. We’ll work with your confirmed availability while considering current client needs.
Every client is unique, but your responsibilities may include:
Safety and Peace of Mind: Monitoring each client’s comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Personal Care with Heart: Assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, and other personal needs with dignity and respect.
Safe Mobility: Helping with walking, positioning, transfers, and movement throughout the home.
Companionship: Providing meaningful conversation, encouragement, and a reassuring presence.
Meal and Household Support: Assisting with simple meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other tasks that keep the home comfortable.
Daily Routines: Helping clients begin their day, settle in for the evening, or maintain their preferred weekend routine.
Attentive Care: Observing and reporting changes in condition, completing accurate visit documentation, and following individualized care plans and safety protocols.
Growth Opportunities: Every new team member begins as a Care Provider, with clear, supported opportunities to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead as they build their skills and experience.

We provide paid orientation, continuous skill development, guided learning, and ongoing support from experienced leaders who care about your success.
$23.00 to $26.00 per hour base pay
Additional $3.00 per hour weekend shift differential
Actual weekend starting range: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
