Mobile Personal Injury Medical Provider (NP/PA) – Reno, NV
Pay: $300.00–$900.00 per day (Paid Per Patient Visit)
Job description: We are an Arizona-based healthcare company expanding into Reno, Nevada.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mobile Personal Injury Medical Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing team!
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our Reno operations continue to grow.
Our practice specializes primarily in personal injury and musculoskeletal care, working alongside chiropractors and rehabilitation providers to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered treatment. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes and at various locations throughout the Reno area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical evaluations and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal and related medical conditions within your scope of practice.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from personal injuries.
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing when appropriate.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as clinically indicated.
- Collaborate with chiropractors, rehabilitation providers, and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Educate patients on their injuries, treatment recommendations, medications, and home care instructions.
- Follow established company protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Current Nevada license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing.
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain), if required.
- Experience in orthopedics, physical medicine, pain management, urgent care, family medicine, occupational medicine, or personal injury preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with other medical providers and manage time effectively.
- Ability to follow company protocols and procedures.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Reno area.
