At our Carlsbad, CA facility, you’ll be the steady hand guiding product in and out with precision. Your morning might start by greeting an inbound truck, verifying each item against paperwork, and logging details into our tracking systems. If something doesn’t line up, you’ll coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve the discrepancy quickly and professionally.
By afternoon, you’re preparing outbound shipments—packing with care, labeling to exact specifications, and staging pallets for pickup. Throughout the day, you’ll keep the shipping area organized and safe, assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment, and collaborate with teammates to streamline workflows.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and process outbound shipments, including packing and labeling to spec.
- Accurately record movement using company inventory and shipment tracking systems.
- Partner with suppliers and carriers to quickly resolve shipping variances.
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe shipping/receiving area.
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment activities.
- Work with the team to refine and improve shipping/receiving processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics-related education/certifications are a plus.
- Hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, or a related warehouse function.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data.
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfort with computer systems and inventory software.
- Physical ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
