Conterra Inc. is looking for a motivated Field Supervisor to lead crews on specialized construction projects.

What You’ll Do
- Lead field crews while maintaining a safe, productive jobsite.
- Plan daily work and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, inspectors, and clients.
- Read plans, layouts, elevations, and project specifications.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Monitor quality and ensure work meets company standards.
- Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Perform hands-on field work alongside your crew.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial landscaping
- Golf course construction or maintenance
- Grading and excavation
- Drainage installation
- Stormwater construction
- Underground utilities
- Bioretention basins and bioswales
- Heavy civil construction
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading crews
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read construction plans
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel
