We are seeking an experienced Florida Family Law Attorney to lead and grow our Family Law Division.
This is not a traditional associate position.
This is an opportunity to build and lead a thriving Family Law practice within an established and growing law firm while having the support, infrastructure, and resources necessary to succeed.

What We're Looking For
- Florida Bar member in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of Family Law experience
- Experience handling divorce, custody, timesharing, paternity, child support, alimony, modifications, and related matters
- Existing referral relationships and/or book of business preferred
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and client management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Desire to build and grow a department
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

Compensation:
Compensation is flexible and will be structured based upon experience, production, business generation, and overall value brought to the firm.
Salary, bonus opportunities, and revenue-sharing structures will be considered for the right candidate.
