We are looking for a supervisor to supervise our growing room in an effective and efficient way without compromising product quality, food safety, or work safety.
1. Communicate with the sales team regarding daily orders throughout the day.
2. Inform workers of the daily mushroom order.
3. Ensure the mushrooms are being harvested efficiently.
4. Assign workers to daily tasks, rotate if necessary.
5. Monitor workers throughout the day, making sure the job is done correctly and completely.
6. Monitor all worker’s attendance. Verify who is in each day.
7. Must understand all company policies and procedures. Inform workers of any company updates, information, or policy changes.
8. Ensure workers are working in a safe manner. Complete and submit any injury report forms to safety manager.
9. Train new workers on job duties and company requirements.
10. Ensure that quality product is being packaged. Ensure mushroom is packaged in correct manner and according to customer specifications.
5am-close five days per week. Medical insurance, 401k, paid vacation available. Pay based on experience. Prior mushroom knowledge encouraged to apply. Bilingual English/Spanish required
