Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 — available to candidates with a minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience. Payable after the employee completes 90 days of continuous, active employment. Subject to applicable tax withholdings. The bonus is forfeited if the employee resigns or is terminated before the 90th day. Full terms provided in a separate signed agreement.

- Build relationships and trust with customers
- Follow up on leads and close deals
