This role combines customer service excellence with results-driven sales performance. As a AT&T Sales Assistant, you will deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales of AT&T Fiber to residential customers.
AT&T Sales Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through effective communication and relationship building
- Educate customers on AT&T Fiber products and support sales conversions
- Maintain consistent customer service standards throughout the customer journey

AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Confidence in sales presentations and closing techniques
- Ability to balance customer service with sales objectives
