Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Installation Manager to lead and oversee installation projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in strict compliance with construction regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and team leadership, with a focus on managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects. As an Installation Manager, you will coordinate multiple teams, manage project budgets, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of installation projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Manage and supervise construction teams on-site, providing clear direction and support to meet project milestones.
- Review construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating, contracts management, and cost control to optimize project resources.
- Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety practices, quality standards, and progress; address issues proactively.
- Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily reports, and regulatory compliance records.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on installation processes. Door, Frame & Hardware experience is a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced construction environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in construction regulatory standards and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse stakeholders including clients and subcontractors.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
