We handle water damage restoration, mold remediation, basement waterproofing, air duct cleaning, and fire restoration, and we keep a steady pipeline of jobs.
About the Opportunity We're looking for reliable independent subcontractors and small labor crews to take on restoration support work on a per-job basis. This is 1099 contract work, ideal for established crews or independent workers who run their own operation, bring their own tools and transportation, and want consistent job volume from a busy restoration company. You set how you get the work done; we provide the scope, the timeline, and steady opportunities.
Typical Scope of Work
Demolition and removal of water, fire, or mold-damaged materials.
Debris haul-out and disposal.
Equipment placement and pickup (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) per provided scope.
Content pack-out, moving, and protection.
General site cleanup and prep for reconstruction.
What We're Looking For
Independent contractors or small crews experienced in demo, labor, hauling, or construction support.
Your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
General liability insurance (and workers' comp where applicable); proof required before work begins.
Ability to take direction on scope and deadlines while managing your own crew and methods.
Dependable, professional, and respectful working in customers' homes and businesses.
Available for restoration work as jobs come in, including occasional urgent turnarounds.
Details
This is 1099 independent contractor work, paid per job or per agreed scope. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and equipment. Steady volume available for crews who do quality work and show up when they say they will.
Pay: $1.00 - $150,000.00 per year
