Job Description:
BalanceSCC provides individual support for students with unique needs in Santa Cruz County. We work with students and clients aged 3+ with an array of behavioral, academic, and health needs.
One of the best aspects of working for BalanceSCC is the work-life balance we are able to give our staff. This schedule enables staff to have a boundary on their personal time which affords many of our staff the opportunity to enjoy family life, go back to school, and/or pursue outside interests.
We are currently looking for individuals with a background in health care or nursing to assist students with health and medical needs.
(<30 hours/week)

$23-26 per hour

Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma
- Negative TB Test
- CPR Certification (can be taken through BalanceSCC)
- Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (can be taken through BalanceSCC)
