Conduct field investigations and building condition assessments
Diagnose building issues and develop repair and remediation solutions
Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical repair documents
Support and manage repair and rehabilitation projects through construction
Communicate findings clearly with clients, property managers, and stakeholders
Prepare proposals and contribute to project planning and execution
Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple active projects
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Participate in site visits and explain technical issues in simple, client-friendly terms
Licensed Engineer (E.I.T. or P.E.) with 3+ years of experience
Experience in commercial building design, evaluation, and restoration
Strong knowledge of building envelopes, waterproofing systems, roofs, parking structures, and related components
Ability to perform structural and building system investigations, analysis, and diagnostics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare reports, bids, proposals, and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail
