We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Bilingual Mandarin IVF Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting patients throughout their fertility journey.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking patients throughout their fertility treatment journey.
- Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and internal departments.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, referrals, and administrative documents.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update spreadsheets and tracking systems.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Ensure timely follow-up and exceptional patient support.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
✔ Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
✔ Bachelor's degree required
✔ Previous experience in healthcare coordination, medical administration, or customer service preferred
✔ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
