COMMERCIAL HVAC VRF START-UP TECHNICIAN
Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Commercial HVAC VRF Start-Up Technician. Candidates will be expected to pass a drug screening, a light physical exam and background check.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC start-up and commissioning
- Strong knowledge of control systems, chill water systems, multi-zone systems, and equipment diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and control schematics and drawing plans
- EPA certification and active TDLR
Scope of Work:
- Perform start-up of RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAVs, VRFs, and control systems
- Troubleshoot and verify system performance
- Document and report system operations to meet project requirements
