For more than three years, Everflux Motors has run a dealership and rental fleet operation in Austin, servicing over 100 business tickets every month. We’re now opening our shop to the general public for the first time, with a brand-new customer-facing website currently in development. That means steady, built-in volume from day one for everyone who joins us — not a shop hoping to find customers.
About These Roles
We’re hiring Automotive Technicians at both the A and B level to build out our expanded service department. Our experienced techs are regularly clearing 50+ flag hours — the volume here is real and consistent.
Automotive Technician — A Level
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues across a mixed fleet and dealership vehicle lineup
- Perform advanced diagnostics, engine and transmission work, and comprehensive vehicle inspections
- Mentor B-Level technicians and review their work when needed
- Keep pace with high-volume flag-hour production without cutting corners on quality
- Maintain accurate, detailed repair documentation
What We’re Looking For
- ASE certification
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Own tools
- Proven ability to consistently produce strong flag hours
Automotive Technician — B Level
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and intermediate maintenance and repairs — brakes, suspension, fluid services, and general diagnostics
- Support A-Level technicians on more complex jobs
- Keep pace with a steady, high-volume flow of fleet and dealership vehicles
- Maintain clean, accurate repair records
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive repair experience (ASE certification a plus)
- Own tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
Compensation & Benefits
- Automotive Technicians: $22–$45 per flag hour, depending on experience
