Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infusion Nurse (RN) to provide treatments in a patients home. The territory will encompass Long Island with the possibility of seeing a patient in other area's occassionally.
Duties
- Administer infusion therapies and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients during infusion treatments, observing for any adverse reactions or complications.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and self-care strategies.
- Perform triage assessments to prioritize patient needs effectively.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
Experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous home, inpatient, or outpatient infusion experience required
- Experience working with IVIg and other specialty drugs a plus
Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour
