We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team of professional assistants. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and customers and must be able to multi-task while paying attention to detail. An ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. He or she will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones and managing calendars.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and direct calls.
- Answer questions and provide assistance.
- Adhere to standard administrative practices and procedures.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor with coworkers, customers, and clients.
- Stock office supplies.
- Order office supplies.
- Process paperwork for various departments.
- Operate a copy machine.
