This position contributes to our vision by:
 Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites
 Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
 Rework connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a Wire Harness
 Wrap and tie wires
 Route wires
 Change routing/ breakouts
 Perform Electrical Tests
 Complete associated paperwork
 Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture
 Ability to obtain and sustain Operator Self Verification (OSV)
 Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
 Regular, predictable attendance is required;
 Other duties may be assigned.

Education

 Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
 Must have 0-2 years of wiring experience. Basic wiring experience or a combination of experience and
training.

Knowledge/Skills

 Capable of completing new hire training course requirements
 Experience in Wiring Manufacturing or MRO desirable
 Wiring knowledge (Basic)
 Aircraft experience a plus
 the ability to work in a team environment
 good interpersonal skills (Basic)
 the dedication to understand technical issues and seek resolution
 stable work history
 willing to work any shift
