Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As a BCBA at Kids Club ABA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with RBTs to develop individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, and maintain records and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments
- Provide training to parents and staff
- Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
- Maintain records and documentation
- Attend professional development activities
- Supervise RBTs
- The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary: $85 - $110 HOURLY (Full-time and part-time positions available)
