Northwestern Mutual is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to help attract top talent to our growing Cranberry and Monroeville offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, identifying talent, and helping individuals discover meaningful career opportunities.
As a Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with leadership to support our continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking events, colleges, and community outreach.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within our recruiting systems.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and leadership teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with local universities, community organizations, and professional groups.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and recruiting functions.
- Create recruiting campaigns and assist with social media recruiting efforts.
- Track recruiting activity and performance metrics.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, marketing, or business development preferred.
