Sales consultants at Rhodes Chevrolet are expected to be the pinnacle of professionalism and courtesy. We offer a wide range of vehicles to our clientele and our sales force has to be at the cutting edge of knowledge and couth in order for us to achieve our goals.
Our sales consultants are expected to work the lot to get fresh ups as well as work the CRM to work web leads to achieve sales. We go above and beyond for our customers and expect our sales consultants to do the same for each of their prospective clients.
Professional dress and behavior is expected at all times on the sales floor. We do not tolerate rude or distasteful behavior, and always emphasize a culture of friendly family-oriented people at our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand market presence
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through technology sales
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and success
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities through business development strategies
